• Orders under $100.00 will ship out DHL Ground unless DHL 2nd Day Service, DHL Next Day (3PM) Service or Orchard Store Pick-Up is selected.
• We ship to physical addresses in the United States ONLY.
• Orders will ship out within 2 business days, Monday through Friday.
• We do not ship outside the United States.
• We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday,  New Years Day, Memorial Day, Forth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
• Orders to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped DHL Express Service and may be assessed a surcharge of up to $30.00 in addition to the DHL Express Charge.
