These are limited enrollment, informative yet exciting excursions emphasizing an understanding of the area involved and interpreting photographically the various aspects experienced and viewed. These include the wildlife, ecological patterns, geology, archaeology, historic sites and relic structures. Participants will draw upon the over 44 years field experience of Mario as a photographer-naturalist-educator. Highlighted will be the advantageous use of light, shade, weather and climate along with field guides and maps.
